Obituary

Patricia A. Driscoll, 58, of Plainville, died suddenly, Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Boston on December 18, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Edmund R. and Catherine E. (Shannon) Driscoll.

Miss Driscoll grew up in West Roxbury and resided there most of her life until moving to Plainville 10 years ago. She graduated from St. Mary of the Assumption High School in Brookline and attended UMass-Boston.

Miss Driscoll worked for the MBTA for many years.

She enjoyed spending time with her many nieces and nephews.

She is survived by three brothers, Edmund Richard Driscoll and his wife Sheila of West Hartford, Connecticut, Michael Driscoll and his wife Naomi of East Walpole and William Driscoll of West Hartford, three sisters, Kathleen Driscoll, formerly of Hyde Park, Maureen Driscoll of Mansfield and Joanne Rasmussen and her husband James of Plainville and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Mary Driscoll.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral from the Ginley Funeral Home, 892 Main St. in Walpole on Saturday, October 10 at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Martha Church, 227 South St. in Plainville at 10 a.m.

Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Mansfield.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4 - 8 p.m.
