Mary M. Fallon, 69 of Natick, died unexpectedly Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at her home.
Born in Natick and a lifelong resident she was the beloved daughter of the late John J. and Margaret M. (King) Fallon.
Mary was a dedicated Teacher in the Franklin School system for 37 years, teaching third grade students at the Davis Thayer Elementary School.
Outside of school she was devoted to her large and loving family of brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews. Mary was the “hub” of all the family communications making sure that important events and gatherings which she cherished going to, were accurately relayed by phone on a daily basis.
She was an avid reader and in her retirement years enjoyed regular luncheons with her fellow retired teachers which became known as the Mary Fallon Lunch Group.
Mary attended the Natick School system graduating from Natick High School in 1964 and received her Degree in Education from Framingham State College in 1968
She is survived by her siblings James Fallon and his wife Margaret of Ocala, FL, Kathleen Mason and her husband Allan of Acton, John Fallon and his wife Joyce of Sanford, NC, Elizabeth Dodge and her husband Don of Northborough, Michael Fallon and his wife Gail of Hopkinton, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, October 5th at 9:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick Church at 10:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M.
Interment St Patrick Cemetery.
