Michael S. Bergeron of Plymouth died peacefully with his family by his side on September 25, in his home. Born in Newport, RI. on July 16, 1960 a son of Theresa A. (Marshall ) Bergeron of Melbourne, Florida and the late Raymond J. Bergeron. He was the beloved father of Jason M. Bergeron and Carly J. Bergeron both of Plymouth. Besides his children he leaves his former wife Lynne (McCarthy) Bergeron of Plymouth, a brother Raymond J. Bergeron of Kingston and two sisters Jeannette R. Sampson of Bourne and Lisa B. Oxsen of Plymouth and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Michael was educated in Plymouth and was a graduate of Plymouth – Carver High School class of 1979; he went to work as a Truck Driver working for Clean Harbors and the Boston Flower Exchange. Michael was a 20 years member of the US Army National Guard. He enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling in his spare time.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrate on Friday October 2nd at 10:00 am in St. Bonaventure Church, 801 State Rd. Manomet (Plymouth). Visiting hours in the Cartmell Funeral Home 150 Court St. Plymouth on Thursday from 5 till 8 pm. Burial will be private.
