Martha’s Vineyard – William B. “Junior” White, Jr., 37, died Monday, September 21 in Oak Bluffs after being stricken ill.
He leaves a son, Hayden B. White of Worcester; 2 daughters, Victoria J. White and Madisyn A. White both of Worcester; his mother, Gloria J. (Zonia) and her husband Robert W. Gould, Jr. of Webster; his father, William B. White, Sr. of Windsor; 2 brothers, Christopher J. and his wife Sarah M. White of Monson and Ian White; his paternal grandmother, Brigette (Neuner) White; 3 sisters, Dawn M. White, Heather L. White of South Dakota and Ashley M. Gould and her fiancé John K. Hultgren, Jr. of Webster; 4 nephews and 1 niece.
He was born in Southbridge and raised in Webster. He was a graduate of Bartlett High School class of 1996. He went on to earn his construction supervisors license.
Mr. White worked as a carpenter with Corner Stone Building on Martha’s Vineyard up until his death.
He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed building, electronics, video gaming and bicycling.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, at 10:00 AM in Holy Trinity National Catholic Church, 68 Lake Street, Webster. Please meet at church. Calling hours will be Monday, September 28, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. in Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St., Webster.
