Michael David Mayer, 59, of Newton Centre, who worked at the workshop for United Cerebral Palsy in Watertown, died Monday May 23, 2005 at Newton Health Care Center in Newton. Born in Burlington, VT he had lived in Newton for many years.
He is survived by his mother Margaret “Peg” (Peck) Mayer of Waltham and his sister and brother’s; Diane Mayer of Falmouth, Robert P. Mayer of Waltham, and Paul J. Mayer of CT.
A funeral service will be held on Weds. May 25 at 10 AM in the First Baptist Church in Newton 848 Beacon St. (Corner of Beacon & Centre Sts.) Newton Centre. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment will be private.
