Addams, Paul A. (MacAdam) of Brockton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, Sep. 15. Widowed by the love of his life and wife of 48 years Ellen Addams. Devoted father of Amy Strain and her partner Rommel Valeros of Brockton, Gayle Bassil and her husband Joseph of Easton, and Michael Addams and his fiancé Bobbie Hutchinson of Walpole. Devoted and loving grandfather of Benjamin & Emily Strain of Brockton, and Rachel & Chloe Bassil of Easton. Also his “daughter born of heart”, Alice Bartorelli and her husband John Bartorelli of Brockton. Survived by his loving brother and sister-in-law Jimmy & Anne MacAdam of Dedham, and his loving sister Jeannette MacAdam of Florida. Survived by his loving brother-in-law and sister-in-law Steven & Bonnie Croopnick of Newton. Also, survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family & friends.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Lindwood Memorial Cemetery, 490 North Street, Randolph, MA 02368 at 1 pm.
Shiva will be immediately following the funeral service Sunday, Sep. 20 at the home of Gayle & Joseph Bassil, 27 Cobblestone Road, Easton, MA until 9 pm.
