Paxton—Virginia (Hedge) Kielinen, 83, of 6 Orchard Drive, died Saturday, May 21, 2005, at home. Her husband of 28 years, George E. Kielinen, died in 1969. She leaves 1 son, Robert P. Kielinen of Shrewsbury; 1 daughter, Marsha R. Sadusky of Worcester; 2 sisters, Helen Colburn of Wilton, Maine and Barbara Mantyla of N. Canton, Ohio; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and nieces & nephews. A son, George E. Kielinen, Jr., died in 2000.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of Henry and Margaret (Croft) Hedge. She worked for U.S. Envelope and National Envelope, retiring in 1985. She was a member of Paxton Congregational Church and Paxton Friends of the Council on Aging.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 25, in Nordgren Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park. Calling hours will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester. Please omit flowers.
