Obituary

Kenneth Stanley Krula, 68, of Bellingham passed away on September 10 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Diane (Keegan) Krula.
Born in Worcester, October 3, 1946, the son of Stanley and Florence (Amour) Krula of Zephyrhills, Florida. Mr. Krula grew up in South Grafton and had lived in Franklin for several years prior to living in Bellingham for the past 22 years.
He had been a Senior Research and Development Technician for the Polaroid Corporation in Norwood for 30 years before retiring.
Mr. Krula served in the Coast Guard during the Vietnam War.
Ken enjoyed bike riding, fishing, photography and doing home improvements.
Along with his wife he enjoyed going to country fairs and especially loved attending chili cook-offs.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Krula of Norton and Kevin Krula of Whitinsville.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Rachel, Ryan and Jillian Krula.
He was the brother of Susan Schneider of St. Petes Beach, Florida and Chris Krula of Kissimmee, Florida.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 18 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin.
His memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to the Kenneth S. Krula Memorial Fund, c/o Dean Bank, PO Box 307, Franklin, MA 02038 or to a charity of one's choice.
