Wilfred J. Thibault, 80, of Westport died Monday, September 7, 2015 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was husband of the late Helen (Fontaine) Thibault and the late Yvonne (Mello) Thibault. Born in Fall River, he was son of the late Wilfred J.B. and Azilda (Banville) Thibault. Mr. Thibault served his country in the United States Army. He was a past commander of the VFW Ouellette Post 8502, Westport.
Survivors include a daughter: Debra Thibault of Providence, RI; 2 grandchildren: Alex K. Thibault and Aimee N. Thibault; and many nieces and nephews. He was father of the late Kenneth Thibault.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, September 11, 2015 from the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Rd., Westport at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Thursday 4 – 7 P.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
