Adam Daniel Desjardins, 25, of Hampstead, NH died unexpectedly Wednesday September 2, 2015. Born in Exeter, NH, June 9, 1990 and was the son of Daniel J. Desjardins of Greenland, NH and Candace (Bridgham) Houston and his step-father, Cale Houston of Hampstead.
Adam was employed as a butcher at Tuckaway Tavern of Raymond and had recently received his bartending certificate. He loved to play golf, snowboarding and enjoyed outings with family, cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, Adam is survived by four brothers, Jacob and Luke Houston of Hampstead and Quintin and Logan Desjardins of Portsmouth, Maternal Grandfather, David Bridgham of Florida, Paternal grandparents, Allero and Connie Desjardins of Greenland, step-grandparents, Bob and Ruth Ann Houston of Hampstead, uncles and aunts, Jeff and Dee Bridgham, Doug Bridgham, Keith and Lisa McFarland, Beo and Cristine Desjardins, Janine (Desjardins) and Todd Groman, cousins, Saul, Nick, Gabby, Harper, Adara, Isaac, Seth, Mitchell, Nathan, Liam, Talia, Josh, Zack, Abby and Josh, as well as many other great aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Grace “Gay” Bridgham.
After cremation, a memorial visitation was held Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 4 to 8 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry, NH. A memorial service was celebrated Wednesday, September 9th at 10 am at the Island Pond Baptist Church, 26 N Salem Rd, Hampstead, NH 03841. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Teen Challenge, 147 Laurel St, Manchester, NH 03103.
