Caroline A. (Heigham) Wilson, 89, of Franklin died August 31, in Milford Regional Medical Center. She was the wife of the late William M. Wilson, Jr. who died in 1968.
Born in Boston, December 7, 1925, the daughter of the late Robert and Louisa (Horne) Heigham, Mrs. Wilson was raised in Brighton and had lived in Natick for many years before moving to Franklin in 1983.
She had been a bookkeeper for Raider’s Furniture Company in Natick.
Caroline was an avid Red Sox fan and was devoted to her family.
She is survived by her children, Linda McGilvray of Blackstone, Bruce Wilson and his wife Pamela of Franklin, Susan Wilson Casavecchia and her husband Scott of Leominster and Nancy Adams and her husband Peter Tselikis of Bellingham.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jean, Heidi, Scott, Amanda, Ryan and J.B. and her great-grandchildren, Matthew, Rachel, William and Hannah.
She is also survived by her beloved dog Cory.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday September 4 in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street, Franklin at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be in the Gardens at Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury.
Calling hours will be on Thursday from 5- 8 p.m.
