Daniel J. Griffin, 32, of Methuen passed away August 27th at the Lawrence General Hospital. He was born in Methuen son of Kathleen P. (Wall) Pelletier and James M. Griffin. Daniel was raised and educated in Methuen and liked working with his hands, especially carpentry work.
Daniel is survived and will be missed by a son Shaye Griffin and his mother Amanda Bartlett of Haverhill, Daniels mother Kathleen Pelletier and her husband Richard of Lady Lake FL, father James Griffin and his wife Kerry O’Donoghue of Hobe Sound FL, sisters Katie Neel and her husband Sean of Methuen, Karen Griffin of Haverhill, a beloved nephew and niece Gavin and Gracye Neel, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including his close friend Rachel Walworth of Methuen. Daniel is also predeceased by his grandparents George and Genevieve Wall, Agnes and Edward Griffin, and Uncles Edward Griffin and Robert Griffin.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours for Daniel on Thursday September 3rd from 5-8 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday September 4th at 11 AM at St Lucy Church also in Methuen. In lieu of flowers donations in Daniel’s honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association 10 Speen Street 2nd floor Framingham, MA 01701. The Kenneth H.
