Tolliver "T.J." Walker, Jr., 88, of Anderson, died August 28, 2015 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus after a brief illness.
He was born February 12, 1927 in Anderson, IN to Tolliver and Liza (Parrish) Walker, Sr.
He worked in the powerhouse/boiler room at Delco Remy for 39 years before retiring in 1982.
He loved Bluegrass music, played guitar and banjo.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Martha (Brogden) Walker of Anderson; son, Tolliver (Paula) Walker, III of Anderson; and a granddaughter, Jessica Smith of Columbia, TN and a nephew, Donald Walker.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Martin Walker, his brothers, Donald Ray Walker and Otis Walker.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Brad Storm officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
