Meghan M. Hogan of Plymouth, died unexpectedly Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her home. She was 33. Meghan was born and raised in Plymouth and lived there her entire life. She was a beautiful person inside and out.A true friend, a loving Daughter, Sister,and Mother. She was funny, witty, loyal, and genuine. Her laughter was contagious and her sense of humor was one of her best qualities. She leaves behind her daughter Justine, her Parents ; Paul and Patti Hogan of Plymouth, her Brother; Daniel Hogan and his wife Jill of Waltham, Her Sister ;Rae Elizabeth Coleman and her husband John of Mesa, AZ, Her grandmother Lois Chafe of Pembroke, her nieces Sophie, Scarlett, and Layla, and her many Aunts,Uncles, and Cousins."Family and Friends will honor and remember Meghan's life by gathering for calling hours in the Davis Funeral Home , 619 State Road,Manomet on Wednesday September 2nd from 4-7 pm.
