Lois M. (Rudolph) Richards, 90, of Falmouth formerly of Norfolk, died suddenly August 20 at Falmouth Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donald P. Richards who died in 2014.
Born in Somerville, June 13, 1925, the daughter of the late Arthur and Amy (Griffiths) Rudolph, Mrs. Richards had lived in Norfolk since 1963 and moved to Falmouth after the passing of her husband last October. Lois and Donald had wintered in Marco Island, Florida for many years.
Mrs. Richards had been an Accounting Manager at the John Hancock Insurance Company in Boston from the time of her high school graduation until retirement. She loved her job!
Lois enjoyed crocheting, cruising, her 2 Maltese dogs and spending time with friends.
Lois is survived by her brother Arthur Rudolph of Bradford, Harvey Rudolph of Sun City Center, Florida and her sister Eleanor Abbate of Mashpee. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services will be held in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton of August 31.
