Hill, Harvey Clay, 77, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, August 23, 2015 in Louisville.
He was born to Clay and Pearl (Moreland) Hill. Harvey retired in the early 1997 as a laborer for Construction Local 576, and was a member of Valley View Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Yvonne “Bonnie” Squier.
Harvey is survived by his wife of 31yrs., Stella (Logan) Hill; his children, Gary Carter, Paula Kaye Scherer (Jeff), Felicia Schwaniger (Lonnie), James (Melene) Hill, Norman (Patricia) Hill, and Jo Ann Toler (Larry); eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Howard “Butch” Hill (Carol); and a sister, Eva Robinson (Greg).
Funeral service will be Saturday at 11:00AM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 1:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.
