Ronald Joseph "Ron" Fritz, 52, of Anderson died suddenly on August 19, 2015 at
St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
He was born October 2, 1962 in Anderson.
He worked as a phone cabling C-Cat. He was an avid guitar player. He loved playing corn hole and being outdoors. Ron had spent 20 + years in Arlington, Texas and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
He is survived by his daughter whom he loved, Dorion Fritz; sisters, Cindy Johnson and Jody (Steve) Purdy; two brothers, Brian (Tabitha) Fritz and Tim (Leslie) Fritz; aunts, uncles, cousins; nieces and nephews, Benny Fritz, Carly Fritz, Cory, Angie, Jason, Ashley, Brad and Holly Webb; Jessica (Brandon) Smith; Breanna Fritz, Brandy Summitt, Bethany (Adam) Caplinger, Tyler and Sherry Fritz; special friends, Jerry Faucet, his special high school friends, Danny Shaw and Kevin Wagner and the mother of his daughter, Chasity Collett; several great nieces and nephews that he adored.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph D. and Doris Ann (Boxell) Fritz; brother, Bill Fritz, brother-in-law, David Webb, grandparents and several uncles and aunts.
Services will be 4 p.m. Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ned Clark officiating.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.
His tissue donation is contributing to a better quality of life for numerous individuals.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Heart/American Stroke Association.
