Genevieve F. Freve, 89, of Hudson, MA, formerly of Fall River, MA, passed away peacefully on Monday, Aug. 17th at Beaumont Skilled Nursing Center in Westborough, MA after a period of declining health.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 71 years, Wilfred J. Freve of Hudson, MA.
Genevieve was born in Fall River, daughter of the late George and Aurore (Bouchard) Stephanos.
She is also survived by her son, Paul Freve and his wife Jeanne of Hudson, MA; her grandson, Jonathan Freve and his two children, Alex and Cecilia and Jonathan’s girlfriend Rachel Kizis and her son Noah, all of Northboro, MA; her granddaughter, Julie Warner and her husband Derek and their children Rylie and Franklin of Stow, MA.
A funeral service and celebration of Genevieve’s life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 22nd in the Tighe-¬Hamilton Funeral Home, Inc. 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749. Family and friends may visit with the family from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and the service will be conducted at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Burial services will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
