Jonathan McGee, 59, of Bolivar, Tennessee, died Sunday, May 15, 2005, in Bolivar, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Thursday, May 19, 2005, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, Fitzgerald. Interment will follow in Irwinville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7:00 until 9:00, Tuesday and Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. McGee was born February 17, 1946, in Ben Hill County, Georgia, to the late William Edward and Mary Ivey McGee. He lived in Bolivar, Tennessee for the past ten years from Fitzgerald. Mr. McGee was a machine operator for the Hardeman County Highway Department in Tennessee.
Mr. McGee is survived by his sons: Timothy McGee of Bolivar, TN and Jonathan McGee of Greenville, GA; daughter: Jodi McGee Doyle of Greenville, GA; granddaughter: Kayla Doyle; sisters: Athelene Pitts of Pace, FL and Brenda Nelting and Frances Smith, both of Margate, FL.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Jimmy, Edward, J.D. and Thurmond McGee.
