Rose E. (Bennard) Terry age 87 of Brockton, died Friday August 14, 2015 at St. Joseph Manor. She was the loving wife of the late Earl Terry.
Rose was born and raised in Brockton a daughter of the late Hilaire and Lillian (McPherson) Bennard and lived most of her life in Brockton. She had been a longtime resident of Caffrey Towers and in her free time Rose enjoyed playing bingo and reading.
A graduate of Brockton High School, Rose had been a bookkeeper for several years at Claff Box in Brockton.
Rose was the mother of William “Bill” Terry and his wife Joanne of Brockton; Donna Lackey of Modoc, SC; Susan Lander of Columbia, SC and Gale Schmidt of Redding, CA. She was the sister Shirley Corrigan of Virginia and the late Charles and John Bennard. She also leaves several grandchildren, many great grandchildren, a sister in law Patricia Bennard of Brockton and several nieces and nephews.
At Rose’s request, all services will be private.
