Pauline J. Madden, 75, of Derry, NH, died Sunday, May 8, 2005 in the Parkland Medical Center in Derry. Pauline was born in Derry on September 20, 1929, a daughter of the late Clement J. and Josephine (Borowski) Madden. She was a native and lifelong resident of Derry, and was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy, Class of 1947. She had been employed by General Motors Co. until retiring. She was a lifetime communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Derry. Pauline enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Madden and his wife Carol of Derry, two nieces, Sherrill Smith and her husband David, Robin Cino and her husband Paul, three grandnieces, Sarah Cino, Anna Cino, Melissa Cino, one grandnephew, Tristan Smith, her aunt, Cecelia Dors, her uncle, Walter Borowski, and many cousins.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Derry Special Olympics Timberwolf Team, C/O Derry Recreation, 31 West Broadway, Derry, NH 03038. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
