Duke, Cecilia “Ann”, 81, went home to her Lord, Thursday, August 13, 2015 at her residence, surrounded by her family.
She was born in New Haven, KY to Joseph Allen & Hester (Smith) Woods.
Ann was a homemaker and a former employee of Wal-Mart Valley Station and was a Baptist by faith.
She was preceded in death by parents, her loving husband of 37 years, Aaron Thomas Duke, a son, Thomas Ray Duke and five brothers and a sister.
Survivors include her children, Bernadette Mills (Bob), Aaron “Randy” Duke (Donna), Sharon Shepherd (Larry), Elaine Cady (Tony), Richard Duke and Jimmy Duke (Denise); 18 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; four brothers; and five sisters.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at Owen Funeral Home, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 2:00 – 8:00 PM and Monday 9:00 – 1:00 PM
