John Robert Turner, 45, of Martinsville, IN, died unexpectedly on August 10, 2015 at Community Hospital South.
He was born September 2, 1969 in Anderson.
He worked as a gutter installer for D & B Construction and Gutters for 15 years.
He is survived by his wife of 3 years, Megan (Owings) Turner of Martinsville, whom he married February 27, 2012, his father, William (Melanie) Turner of Anderson; his mother, Jeanette (Rick) Wright of Florida, his maternal grandfather, Michael Jackson; three children, John R. Turner III and Corinne Turner of Bloomington and their mother, Suzanne Turner; and Braxton Owings of Spencer, IN; siblings, William R. Turner, Jr.; Christopher Turner, April (Neil) Turner; Amber (Anthony) Short; Mary E. (Chris) Jones; Bridgette (Lee) Bouman; Tammy Cogswell; Traci Turner; Shannon (Zachary) Wright; Julie (Kenny) Nivens; Jessica Turner; Steven (Renee) Montgomery; Melody Reed; Daniel (Melanie) Wright; Christopher (Lisa) Wright and Marty (Wanda) Pearson and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John R. and Mary Alice Turner; maternal grandparents, Alfred McKee and Eva Jackson.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ira Scott officiating. Burial will follow in East Maplewood Cemetery
Visitation will be Friday from noon until the service at 2 p.m.
