Orange Park, FL.– Alice M. LaPointe, 91, passed away August 9, 2015 at Orange Park Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on October 7, 1923 the daughter of Eva and Houssen Hassan.
She was a member of the Knights of Columbus Women’s Auxiliary, and the Red Hat Go Go Girls Lunch Bunch Group. She enjoyed ballroom dancing, modeling, walk races and exercising. Throughout her life she lived in three different states, NH, California, and Florida.
She was predeceased by her husband, Oliver G. LaPointe who passed away September 5, 1962.
She leaves two children; son, Oliver J. LaPointe III of Manchester NH, daughter, Jo-Ann Lisa LaPointe– Lancaster of Acworth, GA. and a sister, Elizabeth Bobo of Chillicothe, OH.
A graveside service will take place on Friday at 11 AM in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Goffstown Rd.
