Joan "Jo Fee" Marie Elwell Dailey, 59, of Ventura passed away on Sunday evening August 9, 2015 at home. Born in Ventura on March 10, 1956, Joan has been a lifelong Ventura resident. Throughout her life her trademark was her long beautiful nails. She previously owned her own fine Nail Salon in Port Hueneme.
Jo Fee loved every cat in the world and was proud to be known as "the Cat Lady"!
Ultimately, Jo Fee was so appreciative to everyone who helped make her life wonderful.
She is survived by her beloved daughter Dallas Adrian Duggan; her beloved son David E. Fee; brother James Elwell; her beloved father Bill Elwell, owner of Bill and Hiroko's Burgers of Van Nuys; and a host of friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service celebrating Jo Fee's Life on Saturday August 22, 2015 at 11am in the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street Ventura.
