Laurence E. Dewey, 69, of Somerville, MA died Tuesday August 4, 2015 in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH. Mr. Dewey was born in Somerville on November 29, 1945, a son of the late Laurence and Mary (Reilly) Dewey. He was a US Marine Corp veteran having served during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Dewey retired from Prolorized New England in Everett, MA where he had worked for 35 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 62 in Charlestown, MA.
Beloved husband of Edna M. Verderber of Somerville, beloved father of Veronica Dewey of Rockland, MA, Nanci Dewey of Plymouth, MA, and Michael Dewey, beloved grandfather of four, beloved brother to William Dewey and John Dewey both of Charlestown, MA, and Mary Jane Dewey of Wilmington, MA.
