Dennie Ted Tyson, 63, of Lenox passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at his residence. His funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2015, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with Rev. Randall Laroche officiating. Mr. Tyson will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, August 7, 2015, from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Todd Tyson, Jamie Tyson, Dale Tyson, Robert Avery, Jason Diess, Garrett Teal and Christian Tyson will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Tyson was born October 29, 1951 in Homestead, Florida, the son of Raleigh Tyson and Louise Hancock Tyson, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by two brothers. He was a retired brick mason.
Mr. Tyson is survived by his wife, Judy Teal Tyson of Lenox; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Justin and Jodi Tyson of Dallas and Tyler Tyson of Lenox; one brother, Billy Tyson of Tifton; and three grandchildren, Gunnar Tyson, Ellie Tyson and Gracelyn Tyson.
