BEVERLY: Joyce (Silva) (Eramo) Tsuses, 76, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in the Essex Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center following an extended illness.
Born in Peabody on June 19, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Thomas F. and Alyce G. (Mello) Silva. She has resided in Beverly since her childhood and was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School.
Joyce was employed as a billing clerk for Beverly Surgical Associates for many years. She was also a member of Marian Devotion to Army of Mary.
She is survived by two daughters, Dona Coad and her husband, Jon of Middleton and Therese Colecchia and her husband, John of Rochester, NH; two sons, Michael Eramo and his wife, Teri of Byfield and Christopher Eramo of Danvers; six grandchildren, Ryan, Mark and Holly Strout, John Dooley, Christopher Eramo, Jr. and Benjamin Eramo; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, Judy Silva, Ann Marie Gibbs and Dory Sears; two brothers, Thomas Silva and his wife, Sue and Anthony Silva and many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. She was also predeceased by her son, Paul Eramo, III.
Her services will be held on Tuesday in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Brimbal Ave., Beverly at 2 p.m. followed by a memorial service at the First Church of Wenham, corner of Main (Rt.1A) and Arbor Streets at 3 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in the memory of her son, Paul to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
