Obituary

Sutton- Rose S. (Baronowski) Kasabula, 86, of 60 Town Farm Rd., died Tuesday, May 3, in Millbury Health Care Center, Millbury.
She leaves her husband of 64 years, Joseph J. Kasabula; two sons, Paul J. Kasabula of Millbury and Thomas J. Kasabula of Sutton; two daughters, Rosalie LaFrance and Marie C. Morton, both of Sutton; a sister, Helen Baronowski of Worcester; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles and Bronislaus Baronowski. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Alphonse and Sophie (Michalowski) Baronowski, and lived there before moving here many years ago. She graduated from Classical High School, Worcester.
Mrs. Kasabula was a stitcher at Worcester Knitting Company, and later worked at Data General as an assembler, retiring in 1983.
She was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish and was a former auxiliary member of the Polish American Veterans of World War II, both in Worcester.
The funeral will be held Friday, May 6, from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., Worcester, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 5, in the funeral home. Contributions in Rose’s memory can be made to the Alzheimers Association, Massachusetts Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472.
