WORCESTER-Ann M. Waters, 85, current resident at Golden Living Center-The Hermitage, formerly of Butler Street died Monday, July 27, 2015. She was predeceased by her longtime companion Arthur K. Stone in 2005, and three brothers, Albert, Paul and Thomas Waters. Ann is survived by six nieces and nephews; Kathleen Smith of W. Roxbury, Timothy Waters of Guilford, CT, Christine Waters of Falmouth, Paul Waters of Sturbridge, MaryAnn Conrad of Worcester and Carolyn Waters of Worcester. She also leaves her sister-in-law Barbara Waters of Worcester, several great nephews and great nieces and one great-great grandnephew.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of Albert F. and Anna M. (Doyle) Waters. Ann graduated from South High School and worked at State Mutual Insurance for many years before retiring. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart and St. Catherine of Sweden Parishes and the Legion of Mary. She was a loving and devoted aunt; she cherished spending time with her family and loved to bake, especially during the holidays.

A visiting hour will be held on Thursday, July 30 from 9:30-10:30 AM at LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler Street, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart-St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 600 Cambridge Street. Burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
