Lucille B. Tucker, 90, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Wednesday, April 27, 2005 at her home.
Graveside services will be held at 4 PM, Saturday, April 30, 2005 at Brushy Creek Cemetery, with Rev. Jim Osborn officiating.
Mrs. Tucker was born July 28, 1914 in Savannah, Georgia, to the late Robert Quince and Stella Varn Benson. She was raised by her aunt and uncle, Minnie and John Googe. Mrs. Tucker lived in the community since 1935 and was a former resident of Alma, Georgia. She was an active member of the Ocilla United Methodist Church, taught Sunday School for more than twenty years and was a member of the Ladies Guild.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her daughter: Carol Ann Paulk of Ocilla; grandson and wife: Lee & Kim Busbin of Ocilla and great grandson: Matt Busbin of Ocilla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Tucker, a son and a sister.
