BELLOWS FALLS, VT-Staff Sgt. William A. Troy, Retired, 65, died Friday, April 29. He leaves his wife Gloria (Pressy) Troy, two sons, William A. Troy, II of Westminster, VT and Corporal Shawn Troy US Marine Corp, two daughters, Tina Fynch of Chester, VT and Doris Walter of Bellows Falls, VT, his mother, Ada (LaPointe) Troy of Auburn, a sister, Elsie A. Appleby of Worcester, 5 grandchildren, a nephew William J. Troy of Worcester and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his father, Ernest Troy and two sisters, Donna Troy and Katherine Parker.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 3, from 6 to 8 PM in the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, VT.
