Enrico “Rick” DiDonato, 81, of Londonderry, NH died Thursday April 28, 2005 in the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH. Mr. DiDonato was born in Everett, MA on September 4, 1923, a son of the late Stephan and Angelina DiDonato. He had been a resident of Londonderry since 1974, formerly living in N. Andover, MA. Mr. DiDonato was a US Army WWII veteran. He had been employed as a forklift operator for 27 years for the Revere Sugar Co., Charlestown, MA. He later retired from Raytheon Corp. in Andover, MA. Mr. DiDonato enjoyed woodworking, gardening and loved to spend time working around his yard.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Angelina M. (Spinelli) DiDonato of Londonderry, two sons, Richard M. DiDonato and his wife Barbara of W. Bath, ME, Victor S. DiDonato and his wife Debra of Fremont, NH, one daughter, Marie A. Prime of Manchester, three grandchildren, Victor S. DiDonato, Jr. of Florida, Matthew W. Prime of Manchester, Lisa M. Ross and her husband Christopher of Haverhill, MA, also several nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday May 2nd at 10:00am in St. Mark’s Church, corner of South Rd. and Mammoth Rd., Londonderry with cremation to follow. Friends may call on Sunday from 2 -6pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry.
