Joseph “Roger” Allain age 62 of Salem, NH, died Wednesday at his home after a short battle with cancer.
He was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada, where he grew up. He attended schools in Canada, and graduated from Lawrence High School. He was a resident of Salem, NH for the past 11 years, formerly of Methuen, MA.
Mr. Allain was a Technical Supervisor for New Balance in Brighton, MA, where he worked for over 13 years. He was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem, NH. He was a 30 year member of the Lawrence BPOE # 65 order of the Elks. He loved working in his yard, clam digging, and enjoyed his home,

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, April 30, 2005 at 11 AM at St. Joseph Church, Salem, NH. Cremation will follow. Calling hours will be held Friday, April 29, 2005 from 4-9 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.
