Our angel, Katerina “Trina” (Lorrigan) Kalaw, began a new journey on Wednesday July 15, 2015. Born in Hyannis on Nov. 4, 1971 to Phyllis & Patrick Lorrigan, she was a graduate of Barnstable High School and Burdett College. Trina went on to become a successful Retail Planning & Allocation Professional. Katerina’s competitive nature drove her to challenge herself outdoors; marathons, paddle boarding, polar plunges, etc. She was also an animal lover, with a deep affection for cats. Her passion for all lives led her to be an organ donor. She is survived by her beautiful daughters, Zoe & Bobbi, her mother and stepfather, Phyllis & Richard Nocella, her father Patrick Lorrigan, her brother & sister in law Derek & Kim Lorrigan, her Aunt and Uncle Carol & Dave Buonopane, and her “sisters” Stacey, Megan, Heather & Debbie.
The family would like to thank the amazing and incredibly compassionate staff at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Sunday, July 19th from 4-8 PM with a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to the Zoe and Bobbi College Fund, Cambridge Trust Co., 1336 Mass Ave., Cambridge, MA, 02138.
