Geraldine “Pixie” D. Wayson, age 62, passed away surrounded by her family on July 12, 2015. She was born on July 27, 1952 in Holyoke to Leonard and Claire (Kaeble) Gates. She leaves her mother Claire Gates of Chicopee; one son Jeffrey LaRocque; two daughters Victoria Boucher and her husband Donnell of Charleston, SC and Jodi Mailloux and her husband Christopher of Holyoke; one brother Stewart Gates of Ipswich, MA; four sisters Lori Gates of Chicopee, Sandy Aldrich of Amherst, Donna Foley of Ipswich, MA and Maryann Crossman of Chicopee; four grandchildren Alyssa, Mariah, Makenzie and Sophie. She is predeceased by her father Leonard Gates and one brother Wayne Gates. Visiting Hours will be held on Sunday July 19, 2015 from 12 PM to 2 PM from the Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee. Burial will be Private.
