Norman Hale, 58, of Tifton passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Golden Living Center in Tifton. His funeral service will be held Friday, July 17, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with Rev. Brad McVea officiating. Mr. Hale will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, July 17, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. The family will be meeting at 1448 Carrol Willis Road in Lenox.
Mr. Hale’s nephews and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Hale was born April 18, 1957 in Tift County, the son of Jewell Hale and Grace McGhee Hale, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister. He was a retired master plumber and owner of Hale Plumbing. He was a member of the Local 360 Pipefitters Association of Albany.
Mr. Hale is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Justin Hale of Omega and Chris and Clarissa Hale of West Virginia; one daughter, Jennifer Hale of Tifton; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Billy Hale of Georgetown and Connie and Cindy Hale of Manchester; four sisters and one brother-in-law, Martha O’Dell of Tifton, Julie Kendrick of Woodland, Doris Yancey of Brookfield and Margie and W. J. Craven of Jacksonville, Florida; and a special friend, Tina Cosper of Tifton.
