Doherty, Jr. and his wife Karen of Jamaica Plain and Michael J. Doherty and his wife Joan of Dedham. Also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Brother of Rita Lamont of Pahrumph, NV, Marion Smith of Amsterdam, NY, Marjorie Gardner of Stanton, CA, Sally Sloane of West Bridgewater and Robert McDonald of NV.
Funeral from the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rt. 139, Marshfield, Thursday at 9:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 10:00 a.m.
Visiting hours Wednesday, 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Interment will be in the MA National Cemetery, Bourne.
