Anna DeBarros, 82, of New Bedford died Saturday July 11, 2015 suddenly at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Born in Brava, Cape Verde, the daughter of the late Henrique and Martiniana (DaRosa) DeBarros, she lived in New Bedford since 1956.
Anna attended the Elder Haven Adult Day Care Center.
She is survived by her siblings, Joseph H. Barros and Edward Barros, both of New Bedford, Precilia Crisostomo of Lynn, and George DeBarros of Montana; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Victor DeBarros, Henry DeBarros, and John DeBarros.
Her Funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, followed by her Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 9 AM.
