Rhonda J. (Heavrin) Leake, 51, passed away Friday July 10, 2015 at St.’s Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, exactly 1 year to the day after her loving husband, Michael W. Leake, passed away.
They were together for 35 years.
She was born in Louisville, KY to Larry Heavrin & Mary (McMahan) Garner.
Survivors include her children Tara Leake (Dennis) and Michael J. Leake; a Granddaughter: Emma Jo Meeks; her Mother: Mary (McMahan) Garner; her Father: Larry Heavrin (Elizabeth); her Step-Father: Sonny Garner; 2 Brothers: Jeff & Robbie Garner; 2 Sisters: Stacy Polk and Shannon Stivers and a Sister-In-Law: Rhonda (Leake) Arbaugh.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
Memorial Visitation will be Saturday 11 AM – 2PM
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with services.
