Obituary Information
Edward C. Nessralla, 87 years, died Sunday morning at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a brief illness. Born and raised in Brockton, he was the son of the late Charles P. and Mary (Asack) Nessralla. He was a graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1936 and retired as a health inspector for the City of Brockton after 17 years. Following his retirement he continued to work in the family business, Poole’s Hardware Store in Brockton. He raised homing pigeons and was a member of the Dorchester and Quincy Homing Pigeon Club. As a young man he enjoyed hunting and raising beagles He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Elizabeth L. (Cook) Nessralla, one daughter Mary E. Nessralla of Brockton, one son Paul E. Nessralla of Brockton, one brother Milade “Milo” Nessralla of Brockton, two sisters Nora Mone of Stoughton and Mary Ouellette of Mashpee, several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late George “Danny” Nessralla and Peter Nessralla.
