Phyllis Margaret Leader, age 95, of Boston, formerly of Bermuda, on July 4, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Friday July 10, 2015. Visiting with her family will be held from 10 am - 11 am. The Funeral Service will begin at 11 am. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Roslindale.
