Homewood, IL- Robert D. Kozel, June 24, 2015, age 45. Late of Homewood, Illinois, formerly of Flossmoor, Illinois. Husband of Laura Kozel nee Mizrahi. Dear father of Aden Robert Kozel. Cherished son of William and Georgia Kozel. Loving brother of Pamela (Peter) Barbara, Diane Stockman and John Kozel. Fond uncle of Kathleen Barbara, Kyle, Anna, Clayton and Christian Stockman, Maxwell and Aaron Stone.
Rob was a CPA having earned his degree in business from Indiana University. He was a graduate of Homewood-Flossmoor High School having played wide receiver on the Vikings state champion football team.
A funeral mass will be Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church, Augusta, GA with Fr. Lou Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park.
