William H. Tremblay, 50, of Manchester, died June 28, 2015, at his home after a long illness. He was born in Virginia Beach, VA on February 8. 1965, the son of Henry Tremblay and Lorraine (Goulet) Madden. He was educated in Lowell, MA.
William served in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army until he was discharged as Sargent 1998. He later worked with True Value for over 20 years.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, and motorcycles. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Over all, he will be remembered as an extremely devoted husband and a loving father and grandfather.
William was predeceased by his father Henry Tremblay in 2009.
The family includes his mother Lorraine Madden of Lowell, MA; his wife Kathleen (O’Neill) Tremblay of Manchester; four daughters, Lorraine and Sarah Tremblay both of Manchester, Melissa Tremblay of Henniker, and Elizabeth Tremblay of Lebanon; one son, James Tremblay of Manchester; two grandsons, Joshua and Carter Doliber of Manchester; one granddaughter, Rylan Washer of Henniker; one sister, Yvette Tremblay of Manchester; one brother, Emile Tremblay; and cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A committal service with military honors took place on Thursday, July 2, 2015 in the chapel of New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen. Memorial donations may be made to: American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Dr, Bedford, NH, 03110.
