Dear brother of Carl Mucci of Revere, Richard Mucci of Winchendon, Theresa Casey of Washington, Paul Mucci of Hudson and Andrew Mucci of Colorado. Cherished grandfather of Kelsey, Cole, Courtney, Shelby and Jacob. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Monday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Born in Boston and a longtime Chelsea resident who moved to Saugus in 1993, John, age 58, passed away at home after a very brief illness.
A graduate of Salem State with a degree in accounting, John was a member of the Chelsea Fire Department, appointed on May 18th, 1971 and retiring on March 19, 1988.
