Obituary

Anthony M. Milano, of Medford passed away Sunday evening at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. He was 71 years old. He was the beloved husband of Rose E. (Oswald). Born in Somerville he was the son of the late Antonio and Celia (Santoro) Milano.

Mr Milano served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked for many years as the Maintenance Supervisor of the Oakdale Plaza in Tewksbury. He enjoyed gardening and traveling, especially cruising vacations. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Anthony´s memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.

In addition to his beloved wife, Rose. Anthony is survived by three daughters, Maryann Milano and her partner John of twenty years, Patricia Kearns and her husband Joe of Billerica, and Karen Milano of Framingham. He also survived by his loving grandchildren, Rebecca and Adam Kearns. He is further survived by his sister, Margaret Ksiazyk and her husband Robert of Medford, and three loving nieces.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Thursday, at 8 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
