Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in Christ the King Parish at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 pm. Obituary
Mrs. Abril died Sunday morning at the Northeast Specialty Hospital in Stoughton after a period of failing health. She was born, raised and educated in Brockton a daughter of the late Amedee and Albina (Lauzon) St. Jacques and she remained a lifelong resident of the city.
Mrs. Abril retired from Piccento Sportswear in Brockton after many years as a stitcher in the garment industry. She had been a member of the International Garment Workers Union.
She loved bowling and had been a member of the Eagles bowling leagues. Mrs. Abril was a lover of all animals and had been an active longtime member of Sacred Heart Church.
