Joseph Eugene Ferrell Dillard, of Jacksonville, Florida, formerly of Tifton, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015, in Jacksonville, Florida. His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2015, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with Rev. Harvey Morgan, Jr. officiating. Mr. Dillard will be laid to rest at a later date. The family will receive friends Friday, June 19, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Dillard was born March 31, 1963 in Atlanta, the son of Willie Eugene Dillard and Annie Pearl Cash Dillard, both of Tifton. He was a car detailer at a car dealership in Jacksonville, Florida.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Dillard is survived by one son, Joseph Ellis of Atlanta; one daughter, Shasta Troemel of Tifton; two brothers, Eddie Dillard and Charlie Dillard, both of Tifton; one sister, Teresa Russell of Tifton; and five grandchildren.
