Obituary

Campton------James “Jim” Taylor 61, passed away on June 9, 2015 at Dartmouth Hitchcock medical center due to complications with Cirrhosis.

Jim was born on June 26, 1953 in Mason WV, son of, John and Patricia (Scanlon) Taylor. James worked in the boating industry for the better part of the last decade working at Lakeport landing, Shep Brown’s Boat Basin, and Y-landing marinas.

Jim was a member of the Elks Lodge Post #2312. He was an avid Motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed riding his Harley. He was mechanically inclined, often found tinkering and working on things. Jim will be remember for being a loyal friend, a man who would give you the shirt off his back.

Jim is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Megan and David Taylor currently stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA; his daughter Tanya Taylor of Acton, MA; and his son Joshua Buckley of Campton, NH.

Services will be private.
