Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Tuesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Church at 9am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting Hours Monday 4-8pm.
Obituary
Mrs. Morrison died Wednesday at the Munroe Regional Medical Center, in Ocala, FL after a brief illness. Born in Revere, she was raised in Randolph and attended Randolph schools. She had been employed as a stitcher in the garment industry for over 30 years, many of those years at the former Piccento Sportswear Company. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and had been a longtime communicant of St. Edward and St. Edith Stein Churches. She enjoyed bowling, line dancing, traveling, and summers spent in Wareham.
She is survived by three daughters, Virginia R. Charlebois and her husband Richard of Ocala, FL, Marilyn R. Porrino and her husband Richard of Marstons Mills and Patricia E. Ryan and her husband Donald of Brockton, four grandchildren Richard and Michael Porrino of Riverview, FL, Richard Charlebois of Halifax and Pamela Ellis of Ocala, FL, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Beatrice Pitts and Thomas Anderson.
